I have had 2 UP2 trackers in less than 1 year. When the band tore, the company was wonderful about replacing it.

At that time, just about 6 months ago I thought they were one of the best companies I had ever dealt with, even though their band design seems faulty. I subsequently lost the replacement band, and purchased a new one in August. Why? Because despite the design, i liked the info and the price.

The new one is also tearing in the same area (where the metal on the inside ends). I have been unsuccessful at getting anyone on the phone.

Their 800 number constantly says all lines are busy, please call back. Their email gives you a case number, but no one follows up on it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
