Somebody better contact me ASAP!! I've been dealing with the tracker issues and haven't been able to pair the tracker at all!!

The lights never flash except for the orange light when it's on the charger. Someone BETTER call me - 570-279-1379 !! This is no way to run a business - if it's this difficult to set up and pair the tracker, it's ridiculous!!! And your customer service number is a joke!

I tried everything in the troubleshooting info online and charged the tracker from the very beginning. This is totally unacceptable - someone needs to call me to get this resolved!

Review about: Jawbone Up3 Fitness Tracker.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

I didn't like: Not able to pair or get satisfaction after replacement.

I have the exact same problem. I have purchased 2 now and both are doing this. Now I will return my second one!!
