I bought two jawbone bands, UP2 and UP3 in the space of six months, one for me and one for my mother. After the first one broke after only 4 months I thought it may be that my mother had not given it enough care so I bought another one and upgraded to UP3 only to find that the latter broke down in the same place again just after 4 months.

Both me and my mother wrote to customer support on two separate occasions and got absolutely no reply . I don't think this is acceptable since both bands should at least be covered under the one year warranty.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Ios app is awesome, Way it monitors sleep.

I didn't like: Lack of any customer support, Inability to reach anyone by phone at their listed number, Quality of the bands and no customerservice, Its durability.
