I bought two jawbone bands, UP2 and UP3 in the space of six months, one for me and one for my mother.After the first one broke after only 4 months I thought it may be that my mother had not given it enough care so I bought another one and upgraded to UP3 only to find that the latter broke down in the same place again just after 4 months.

Both me and my mother wrote to customer support on two separate occasions and got absolutely no reply .I don't think this is acceptable since both bands should at least be covered under the one year warranty.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Ios app is awesome, Way it monitors sleep.

I didn't like: Lack of any customer support, Inability to reach anyone by phone at their listed number, Quality of the bands and no customerservice, Its durability.
