My UP2 went kaput after about 11 months of fairly regular wearing - would no longer sync with the iphone app.Contacted customer support, who confirmed that it was still under warranty and would get a new one out to me as soon as they got one in inventory.

That was November 8, 2016 - after multiple repeated inquiries, I'm still without a replacement today and no further responses after my initial contact with them. Feels like I'm talking to a brick wall, and with no phone number, it's a rather helpless feeling.

I really liked the style of the UP2 - it resembled a funky bracelet rather than a watch or fitness tracker, but may just have to cave and go with a different company........................................................................................................................

Review about: Jawbone Up2 Fitness Tracker.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $99.

Preferred solution: I want my warranty replacement!.

I liked: Initial response that confirmed a warranty replacement.

I didn't like: That i never heard from them after that.
