Jawbone - Worst company ever
My band broke 7 months ago and I emailed them as soon as it happened, no response for 7 months..... I reply, get told how to "fix" it, ive tried all the tricks they mentioned on my own 7 months ago and emailed them that back.... No reply.... I emailed about 5 times after that..... Still no reply.... So moral of the story, dont buy a jawbone.
Jawbone up2 rubber band construction failed!
I am not a pissed customer, was just letting you know what happened after I switched my 24 to the up2? I've been with you a long time just wondering if we could upgrade to the three or four which seems to have a more durable band? Thank you sincerely, Brian
Jawbone - Good bracelet. It won't stay on my arm:0(
The plastic clip that helps to bold my bracelet on broke and I cannot get in touch with jawbone to get another one of I don't hear from them I will. Buy another product I cannot go everyday worrying about losing my bracelet! :(

the first week of my experiences with the Jawbone on watch bands I brought three all Jawbone 2 and none of them worked on a regular basis one didn't work at all I couldn't get them to sync then final
When I did get a representative the exchange one then they didn't say they were going to change the others complied what they told me to do but nothing was done when I call back excuses then a lot of times I couldn't even get the number
I have always had charging issues but have chosen to deal with it. After playing with it, unplugging it, plugging it back in over & over again, it will eventually take a charge. Now after 7 months, my band is breaking by the clasp. I have emailed Jawbone Customer...Read more

Jawbone - Broken wristband and zero customer support.
The wristband on my Jawbone UP3 broke after 10 months. I have tried for several weeks to contact customer support with zero response. This is incredibly frustrating. Poor customer support!
