Jawbone - Poor quality & NO responses
I have always had charging issues but have chosen to deal with it. After playing with it, unplugging it, plugging it back in over & over again, it will eventually take a charge.
Now after 7 months, my band is breaking by the clasp. I have emailed Jawbone Customer Support as it states to do multiple times and have also called customer service phone numbers are they are disconnected. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.
I should have originally went with the rest of the world gone for a FitBit. I think there should be a Class Action Lawsuit brought against Jawbone for the faulty band and charging issues with no warranty support as there are way too many cases people are having.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Jawbone Pros: Product.
Jawbone Cons: Its durability, Horrid customer service, Follow through with warranty claim.
