i purchased a mini jambox a while back and it suddenly no longer charges.I sent an email inquiry on the jawbone website only to receive an automated email response alerting me to the fact that my email was received and that someone will be in touch with me.

two weeks have passed and i've called the number that's posted on the website (CALL US 1-800-JAWBONE / 1-800-529-2663) but i get a rapid busy signal, which only means that their phone is disconnected. I replied back to the email and still have not received a reply. How can this be happening to the consumer? how is jawbone still able to see products with no customer service?

i will NEVER buy any products from this company. I even called the main number listed on the BBB page ((415) 230-7600) but nothing. I get a loop when i press the #1 option for customer service.

they have a negative 1 star rating with a 91% poor rating.please stop this company from continuing to steal from innocent consumers.
