Jawbone - No Response
Had a problem with the band on a tracker and I can get NO response. The Customer service line is ALWAYS "all circuits are busy" and the automated response to an e-mail is "we have opened your case and will get back to you".
NOT. There seems no way to contact the company other than the auto e-mail and the busy consumer phone line. If there are that many complaints and no one is responding then - Buyer Beware!!
The band to the tracker was not made to last and eventually just fell apart (within the one year warranty time). It would be nice to see them get their act together!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Jawbone Pros: Product, Until it broke.
Jawbone Cons: No way to contact customer support, No customer support.
