The custmer service is unreachable. Wrote them an email about an issue with the product, got a response after a week with a meaningless template text that was not related to the issue.
Wrote back, no answer. Let it go. Few months after had another unrelated issue. Used the get help form in the app, described my problem, sent it.
Few weeks after still no response. Its like buying from an unknown chinese manufacturer.
If the band works and it usually does, great. If not, don't expect them to communicate back with you.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
