Jawbone - Faulty Wristband
I was given an UP3 as a gift in December of 2015, by August of 2016 (8 months) the wristband broke. I contacted customer service and received a very quick response and they replaced the tracker. I now have the same problem after receiving the new band in August of 2016.

Jawbone - Rubbish
I got my jawbone up3 July 2016 I have worn it every day apart from one. It has developed a crack in the rubber (?) and about to snap. It is 10 months old. Will very soon be an unwearable !! No reply from customer service, or twitter ! Extremely poor service..

The wristband on my Jawbone UP3 broke after 10 months. I have tried for several weeks to contact customer support with zero response. This is incredibly frustrating. Poor customer support!

Jawbone - So so fed up with this company

I have sent e mail phoned and still no response . I lived by my UP3 everyday for exercise and sleep but strap has cracked right across where metal back to are so unsafe to use as could just drop off. Seriously thinking of getting a Fitbit or Garmin now. A very frustrated client ! This has gone on for over 2 weeks so beware guys of after care !!

Shoddy make and cheap quality of band kill this product. the sensor itself is fine but the band has a life of 3 months only with regular usage. Jawbone does not cover issues with cracking/breaking of the strap in India. Amazon did a replacement once from their end but the new one also lasted just 3 months. No service centers in india either.

Jawbone up3 , Brocken strap. Went through several emails in order to prove purchase , then when I did I heard nothing. Then I opened 2 further complaints and only got the automatic message. NOBODY FOLLOWS UP!! terrible customer service.
