My Jawbone UP 3 plastic wrist band has two major deterioration tears plus a few small ones. I emailed customer service and they gave me a claim number about 7 days ago. I then emailed pictures of my band and the rips in the band. I have gotten no response back. I've left a message on their phone line and have not received a call back. I've never experienced such bad customer service and I truly believe my wrist band has a defect in the plastic. .
