My UP2 started to fall apart 6 months in, even without using it in the shower and using caution. I wrote to customer service in October 2016 and after several responses and sending proof of purchase, I was promised a replacement.

I received no notice of shipping after 6 weeks, so I followed up and was ignored....three times!

So I sent in a new complaint with my previous reference number and received an automated response saying they created a new number for me. After also completing a customer service survey and requesting help again with no response now in February 2017, I will discourage everyone I can from purchasing Jawbone products.

I have the exact same issue. Contacted them regarding pairing issues and cracked strap at the end of September 2016 and was promised a Replacement and told to recycle the old one.

However, it's now February 7, 2017 and I've received nothing and they have been ignoring my follow up emails.

Ive also submitted a new ticket with reference to my previous case number last week but only received an auto response. Very disappointing customer service and in the poor quality product (it was purchased 8 months before the first ticket!)

Exact same customer service issues! Bought two UP2 for Xmas and batteries were defective in both.

Contacted Jawbone customer service several times via their website as well as Jawbine Support on Twitter and no response except the automated reply. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND JUNK PRODUCTS
