Jawbone out of business
I called Jawbone in October and they were going to replace my UP3. The band broke and they were going to send me a new one but it would take 6 weeks.
I had to jump through hoops to get them to agree to a new tracker. They wanted proof of purchase and pictures of the UP3. I have continually called an no one answers and now it seems all the phone lines are disconnected. I called FITBIT and was told Jawbone was out of business.
I am disgusted that I ever bought this product and now they are not going to make good on their damaged products. If anyone has a number to call I would appreciate it.
