Jawbone - Glad I didn't pay full price!
What a joke of customer support! My new Jawbone UP24 is non-functional after attempting a "firmware upgrade".
The "upgrade" failed at 55% complete. Now the UP24 is just a hunk of plastic that doesn't do anything. No way to find out how to fix/replace or whatever. No phone numbers, no e-mail ID, no nothing!I I cannot and will not recommend this product to anyone who asks about it.
Back to the Fitbit! How can this company possibly stay in business is beyond my understanding.
Looked like a good thing to at least try out. Turns out to be a complete waste of money and my time trying to get the *** thing to function.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Jawbone Cons: No way to contact customer support.
