My UP2 strap broke after just 5 months of using it, which was in December.Since then I am trying to contact Jawbone, with no luck.
I have sent many e-mails but received no reply, I am not sure there is any one receiving them. It is like the customer service is non-existent. I have tried to submit the warranty claim, but the webpage is "down for maintenance" since December (how 'convenient'). I am really annoyed and will never buy their product, nor recommend to anyone, again.
I do not know what to do anymore and will probably have to put the UP2 in the bin.Waste of money.

I didn't like: Lack of warrantee and non-existent customer service, No way to contact customer support, Failure to honor the 1 year warranty, Inconsistent product reliability.
