Purchased two Up2 as christmas presents. One works fine, the other initially work and then failed to continue counting steps after completing an automatic Firmware update.

Followed guide on Jawbone website to perform some and extended resets but no luck. Then reinstalled App but after than the Up2 failed to pair to App. Contacted Jawbone customer service to ask for further guidance as I really wanted my product to work and they responded quite quickly but simply said 'It appears you have already exhausted troubleshooting steps located in our help section and "xxx' is not an authorized retailer. So sorry to hear of your poor experience, at this time, we are closing this inquiry.

You should receive no further communication from Jawbone care.' Hardly 'care' from Jawbone for one of their products! Thankfully the retailer (a large reputable online retailer here in the UK that carries an extensive line of Jawbone products) has refunded the product, but I am surprised that Jawbone themselves could not have taken a little more effort to try to sort out a customer who now, will definitely no longer consider that brand for any product she may want in the future!
