I have been attempting to get a replacement from them for over 5 months.I did all that was required: Sent in the broken jawbone, provided proof of purchase and still i have not received my replacement.

I spoke with a customer service rep 6 months ago and he assured me my new one would be mailed within 60 days. When nothing arrived I sent emails to get an update, I received an email apologizing for the delay and was told it would be mailed that week. I received nothing.

I then attempted to call, with no response.I've called every number I was able to find and all say...lines are busy right now, call again later
