I purchased the Jawbone Up3 tracker.The one I purchased had issues with battery life and linking to the app so I called and was given and exchange.
That band worked okish for about 5 months but I had issues with it pairing to the app and just learned to toggle the bluetooth on my phone on and off and it would repair. Then mid December the rubbery part of the band cracked and physically separated from the other half. I contacted Jawbone on December 12th and haven't heard anything since.
I have tried numerous times via email and phone to get in touch.I want this resovled!!
